PIM was founded in 2018 by friends Jeff Taylor and Charles Bergman. Both Jeff and Charles had worked with various nonprofit organizations in Honduras for over 15 years, but were searching for a way to most effectively apply their talents and knowledge to help the poor and impoverished. From a common drive to serve others and shared belief in working with each community to deliver the projects and skills that best benefit each group, Jeff and Charles were able to put together the framework for a new non-profit organization aimed at cutting through the red tape and providing help directly to impoverished communities.
